The onsen hotel is located a bit far from the train station, but its secluded and quiet environment is definitely worth the walk. Guests can enjoy 24-hour access to free coffee, tea, and beer. the traditional Japanese-style rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with standard amenities.

Some guests complained about receiving different treatment when it comes to food and service, based on their nationality.

This onsen resort was the perfect retreat for my romantic escape. The private onsen were the best aspects of this hotel, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment with no disturbance. The dinner and breakfast were amazing, offering traditional Japanese dishes that were a pleasure to taste. The location, although a bit far from the main station, was perfect for a secluded getaway. Additionally, the surrounding scenery was breathtaking, with stunning natural features and picturesque views. Lastly, the resort had a lovely internal garden that made me feel relaxed and calm.

There were a few downsides to my stay at the resort. One of the worst aspects was the limited parking space. Furthermore, the public transportation also proved troublesome, as the hotel was not easily accessible by train or bus. Additionally, the staff was not as helpful as I would have liked, which put a damper on our experience. Nevertheless, the relaxing nature of the resort, the amazing private onsen, and the beautiful scenery more than made up for the few disappointments we encountered.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this onsen hotel. Best aspects include the picturesque internal garden, relaxing 24-hour onsen baths, and clean and comfortable rooms with standard amenities. The staff were also warm and welcoming, adding to the pleasant experience. We appreciated the convenience of its great location, just a 5-minute walk away from the main shopping streets and popular attractions.

Worst aspects? Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great Onsen Experience and Delicious Meals the onsen experience at this hotel was impeccable! We especially loved the private onsen rooms which were comfortable and relaxing. the meals were also amazing. From the dinner to the breakfast, we were treated to a wide selection of local delights that left us satisfied. the hotel's location near the main shopping streets and attractions made it easy to explore the area.

Hard to Find and Narrow Roads the location of the hotel was definitely a challenge. We had trouble finding it, and even when we did, the limited parking spaces made parking difficult.
